Many addicted individuals in Justice, West Virginia who end up in drug rehab are dual diagnosis clients with co-occurring mental and substance abuse problems. In fact, as many as 1/3 of those who struggle with mental health issues in Justice also become involved in substance abuse at some point in their lives. These dual diagnosis clients often turn to drugs or alcohol to self medicate in an attempt to ease the symptoms of an underlying psychological condition.
